About Paolo
Hi, my name is Paolo, and I was born and raised in Naples, Italy. I’m 22 years old and currently a university student. From a young age, I developed a deep appreciation for the rich traditions of Italian cuisine. I love experimenting with flavors, whether it’s creating the perfect Neapolitan pizza or mastering classic pasta dishes. Beyond my culinary passion, I have an insatiable curiosity for travel. Discovering new cultures, meeting people, and exploring unique landscapes inspire me to broaden my horizons. While Naples will always be home, I dream of visiting every corner of the globe. At university, I am working hard to develop skills that will help me make a difference. I enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with peers, and pushing myself to learn more every day.
